Before using the woodworking engraving machine, we should first determine whether the CNC machine is connected to our computer, then turn on the CNC machine's main power switch and control the computer's switching power supply. After the computer system is booted and enters the desktop, we double-click to enter the Ncstudiao advertising control system.
After opening the ad control system, we select the "Return to machine origin" button on the pop-up interface. This is where the CNC machine will automatically return to the machine origin, the lower left corner of the machine, and begin to automatically correct the mechanical coordinate system of the ad engraving system. In some cases, if our last work is not completed, and after the normal shutdown, and then restart the work, the user can click the operation - the breakpoint continues to continue the last work, the user does not have to perform the mechanical origin again step. When the Ncstudio ad operating system exits normally, our control system saves all current coordinate information.
Before we want to machine, users usually need to load the required processing program in the advertising control system. Otherwise, some functions related to automatic processing cannot be operated. We want to load the program first select the "Open (F) | Open (O)..." menu, the control system will pop up the Windows standard file operation dialog box, from which you can choose the location and file name of the file to open. When you click the "Open" button, the system will automatically join the machining program.
This allows us to operate each axis of the machine and reach the position we want to engrave. We then click on the workpiece coordinate on our control system to determine the workpiece origin. Or take the X-axis and Y-axis two motion axes of the stone wood engraving machine, manually control to go to the point on the material to be engraved, and then select the "Operation - set the current point as the workpiece origin" menu. After this, When the machine executes the machining program, it is machined and engraved with our current position as the starting point.
5. After we determine the starting point of the workpiece of the machine, we can execute the machining command to finish the machining. In the automatic machining process, we can observe the specific working state of the engraving machine to prevent the collision. After the CNC machining program is finished, we can remove the engraved material and replace it with a new material. Re-follow the above steps to determine if the work origin has changed. If there is no change, we can continue to perform the current or reload new program for machining engraving.
