Analysis on the method and skill of electromagnetic interference of woodworking engraving machine
As a numerical control system, CNC woodworking engraving machine is very simple to generate some different electromagnetic waves in the operation of the machine, and these electromagnetic waves sometimes easily affect the stability of the engraving machine and disturb the control commands. This is because the general stepping motor and the driver housing are not magnetically shielded by aluminum, titanium or magnesium alloy casings, thus forming an interference to the highly active receiver system, making it impossible to operate, and contaminating the power supply, forming a control system of the single-chip microcomputer and the upper position. The machine can't communicate, and the serious ones form a crash of the one-chip computer, which makes it difficult for normal operation, so the problem of disturbance must be solved. So, how should we solve the problem of electromagnetic wave interference in woodworking engraving machine?
1. Install a power filter to reduce contamination of the AC power.
2. "One point grounding" criterion. The ground of the power filter, the driver PE (ground) (the driver is insulated from the chassis floor), the control pulse PULSE- and the direction pulse DIR- shorted the lead wire, the motor ground wire, the cable protection sleeve between the driver and the motor, the driver The shielded wires are connected to the grounding post on the wall of the chassis and require good touch.
3. Try to increase the interval between the control line and the power line (L, N) and the motor drive line (U, V, W) to prevent crossover. For example, we are dealing with two drive units in the same chassis in the dual-axis drive system. In position, one drive nameplate faces forward and the other faces backwards, and the construction is placed to keep these leads as short as possible.
4. Use shielded wires to alleviate the disturbances of the outside world, or yourself (power cord) to the outside world.
Through the above four different processing methods, it is possible to prevent the electromagnetic wave generated by the wood engraving machine from affecting the stability of the operation. In addition, customers should pay attention to the external environment around the equipment, away from other equipment or environments that simply generate magnetic fields.
